More sad news from the Outer Banks. The body of a missing Virginia man has been found. Ronald Jessen, 57 years old and from Gloucester, Virginia was reported missing Saturday night just after 10:00 PM from the Frisco Woods Campground on Hatteras Island at the North Carolina Outer Banks. A search by Dare County Sheriff’s Office and National Park rangers took place. Sadly his body was found this morning Monday August 11, 2014. The body was found by someone passing by and a call was made to Dare County Sheriff’s office with the information. The body was found in the water near the Frisco Woods Campground.The cause of death has not been determined yet.
