Sections of Highway 12 NC on Hatteras Island are being resurfaced by the NCDOT. Sections of the highway in Frisco and Hatteras Village are being repaved by Barnhill Contracting. Work should be completed by Memorial Day weekend.The highway is open but expect delays.
