Hurricane Florence is expected to bring high winds, large waves, heavy rain and flooding in many areas of North Carolina and South Carolina. Hurricane Florence is a Category 2 hurricane. It is expected to cause widespread damage including flooding, downed trees, power outages, coastal erosion, structural damage, inland flooding and more. These videos show the conditions and what is taking place at the North Carolina coast and the South Carolina coast as well as other locations that are experiencing wind, rain and damage. The hurricane is just approaching the coast and will linger for several days. It is expected to make landfall near Wilmington, NC, turn south toward South Carolina and continue to curve back into NC toward central NC and the mountains. The damage will likely be widespread across three states.
