Outer Banks bridges have ice in some areas. The NCDOT at the Outer Banks is warning drivers of ice on bridges at the Outer Banks. There is also some work being done to remove sand from Highway 12. Proceed with caution, especially on bridges. Road crews are out treating the trouble spots.
