An Outer Banks storm or Nor’easter is headed to the Outer Banks and NC coast today. High wind, high surf and coastal flooding predicted today through Saturday. Cold rain and wind with 2 inches of rain forecast, winds 25-35 mph with possible gust up to 45mph. Air tempertures 45-50 degrees. 10-15 foot waves. Hunker down and hope this is the last blow from a hard to forget winter season.
