Expect Traffic Delays on Highway 12 Ocracoke Island

The NCDOT is busy at work on Highway 12 Ocracoke Island rebuilding the dunes that were damaged during Hurricane Arthur. This work will continue for about another 3 weeks they report. Be prepared for delays on Highway 12 on Ocracoke Island between the village and the north ferry terminal.

Tropical Storm Arthur Already Causing Closures at NC Beaches
